Lovely area to sit and enjoy the wines this little vendor has to offer. You have a wide selection of drinks to choose from, and depending on what you choose. The price will vary as well. The watermelon mimosa, was truly delicious.
Tim is excellent! He served me so quickly, added bonus he knows all the wines. Thank you for the wonderful experience and accommodating my handicap, plus the furry animal who helps me.
Legacy Hall can be extremely busy at times and hard to find a seat to dine. Vintopia is an escape from the crowd. I love the self-serve concept. We were fortunate to be served by a very knowledgeable attendant, which made our experience even more delightful!
I visited on Saturday, 01/21 at 5:30 p.m. the 2 employees chose which customers to serve…they have discriminatory service.
Whenever I visit I typically receive nothing short of excellent customer service. Today, was the exact opposite. I visited with some friends who happened to want to indulge in some eats prior to us enjoying the delightful variety of spirited beverages offered at Vintopia. Unfortunately we were approached by the Vintopia employee asking if we had planned to drink (under the assumption that we weren’t bc this is reserved seating just for Vintopia) At this time, two of our colleagues had already loaded their cards with funds and started consuming from Vintopia. We notified her that we DID intend to drink with Vintopia and we’re enjoying some light eats prior to. She then understood. However another family of a lighter skin tone happened to sit right next to us. Neither of them intended on partaking in Vintopia’s wine offering but she did NOT approach them, considering that the seating is “strictly reserved for Vintopia guests and participants”. The approach towards us felt very racially motivated, as people of color we were the ONLY people she addressed in the small space. Again I typically enjoy coming here at the very least weekly (because I live relatively close by) but this is beyond unacceptable and embarrassing, firstly for us receiving the ill treatment as well as a reflection of this organization’s “unconscious biases”. Safe to say, I will not be returning.
I sat down to eat my dinner with my gf and I was immediately asked to pay for wine or leave. I purchased a glass of wine but when other (white people) sat down, she never approached them to purchase a glass of wine as well, I will never come here ever . Unless you’re white enjoy they’re cheep wine.
Everything I sampled was amazing! And the service was fantastic, not too intrusive, but attentive and answered all of my questions. I left my table unattended for a moment while I refilled my glass, and unfortunately the over-zealous busboy cleared away my $$ lunch! The gracious sommelier noticed immediately and replaced it. Wow! I was not expecting that, but it was so kind. I would’ve come back just for the tasting experience, but they have absolutely secured my loyalty!!
If you haven’t tried this place then you’ve definitely missed out. This is the coolest wine place. You can get your Vinotopia card and top it up with amount you like then just swipe the card and get the wine 🍷 they have different sizes and all reds, whites and rose varieties to choose from.
